1. Products brief introduce

All sealing parts in the equipment adopt silicone rubber sealing ring, high temperature resistance, non-toxic, no leakage, good sealing performance and can improve the filtration precision, but also can be equipped with a reflux device, the filter material is extremely convenient to assemble or clean, after the pump stops rotating, open the reflux valve, all the sediments are automatically back to the outflow, and at the same time can be used to backwash water from the reflux pipe.

All connecting parts of the equipment adopt quick-fit connection, which is convenient for disassembling and cleaning. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with rubber wheels under the machine base, which is convenient for operation and flexible for mobile use.

Provide the main parameters such as capacity, solid content, PH value etc. to us, our technical department can assist your company for selection


---How to select a suitable filter cloth
1. We will provide the regular filter cloth parameters table for customers to refer to selection
2. Customers can provide the data list of the slurry  to us, we will assist customer for selection;
3. Customers provide some slurry sample to us, we have a professional material research laboratory, can do some test, and then select the most suitable filter cloth;


---How to installing the filter press
1. We will send our technical and engineering staff to the customer's site to guide the installation and commissioning, the customer only needs to bear the return air tickets, accommodation and restaurants fees, we will pay the VISA fee, the technician's salary and the domestic transport costs; It should be noted that the general guidance time for the site for 5 days, so the customer needs to do a good job of preparation in advance;
2. We will provide all the drawings (electrical, hydraulic, foundation, PID, etc.)  by free, and remotely assist customers with installation and commissioning;


---How is the payment
50% TT at sight with PO, 50% TT at sight after received the copy of the BL with filter press photo


---How long is the warranty period
The whole machine: 13 months after Exwork;
The filter plate: 18 months after exwork


---How to buy corollary equipment of filter press
Generally the main supporting equipment of the filter press are pipes, valves, feed pumps, air compressors, air storage tanks, etc. We will provide cost-effective suppliers to our customers, and we ensure that we provide our customers with a 5% management fee on top of the purchase price to ensure that the service is the mainstay of our company;
