IGLOBAL filter press is advanced seperation machinery products integrated in its design with engine, electricity and liquid as a whole. Generally, one common filter press consists of Four Main Parts: machine frame part, filtering parts (chamber filter plates/membrane filter plates, filter cloth), hydraulic system part, and electrical control part. And also iglobal filter press can equip more extra systems such as auto. Plate separate system, auto. Drip trays system, auto. Feeding system, PP membrane squeezing system etc.

• Adopting the patent techniques, Moulding processthe reinforced polypropylene into chamber plate featuring high intensity, light weight, anti-corrosion, acid and alkaline resistant, poison-less and smell-less
• The supporter is of welded steel structure with high strength for stress caused by cake weight and high pressure;
• Adopting auto. hydraulic system(auto. open and closed)with auto. maintaining pressure system, and the max. pressure is 25Mpa to ensure the excellent sealing performance during filter;

The filter plate: It is made of high quality modified reinforced polypropylene . It is moulded by 1500 tons pressure machine, then processed by calibrating machine, and CNC milling machine, which ensures that the flatness of the filter plate reaches 25μm or less, and the sealing performance is good, which prevents the leakage of liquid when feeding material.

The frame: It is made of high quality steel plate, which is automatically welded by robotic welding machine, with high strength and long service life, and can effectively withstand the strong pressure required for filtration;

The Hydraulic system: The oil tank of the hydraulic system adopts seamless welding, with good sealing performance, the motor adopts Siemens or ABB, and the hydraulic components adopt Rexroth, Ward or Lixin brand, with reliable quality and long service life.

The electric system: The electric control system adopts IP55 electric control box, and the components adopt Siemens PLC and Omron or Siemens brand;

---How to select a suitable filter press
Provide the main parameters such as capacity, solid content, PH value etc. to us, our technical department can assist your company for selection


---How to select a suitable filter cloth
1. We will provide the regular filter cloth parameters table for customers to refer to selection
2. Customers can provide the data list of the slurry  to us, we will assist customer for selection;
3. Customers provide some slurry sample to us, we have a professional material research laboratory, can do some test, and then select the most suitable filter cloth;


---How to installing the filter press
1. We will send our technical and engineering staff to the customer's site to guide the installation and commissioning, the customer only needs to bear the return air tickets, accommodation and restaurants fees, we will pay the VISA fee, the technician's salary and the domestic transport costs; It should be noted that the general guidance time for the site for 5 days, so the customer needs to do a good job of preparation in advance;
2. We will provide all the drawings (electrical, hydraulic, foundation, PID, etc.)  by free, and remotely assist customers with installation and commissioning;


---How is the payment
50% TT at sight with PO, 50% TT at sight after received the copy of the BL with filter press photo


---How long is the warranty period
The whole machine: 13 months after Exwork;
