Product Description

INTRODUCE

Iglobal filter press is advanced seperation machinery products integrated in its design with engine, electricity and liquid as a whole. Generally, one common filter press consists of Four Main Parts: machine frame part, filtering parts (chamber filter plates/membrane filter plates, filter cloth), hydraulic system part, and electrical control part. And also Iglobal filter press can equip more extra systems such as auto. Plate separate system, auto. Drip trays system, auto. Feeding system, PP membrane squeezing system etc.

OPERATION PROCEDURE
The operating procedure of this machine works as following:
(1)Pressing filter plates.
Put down the "Press"button, piston rod foreward, filter plates pressed, motor stops automatically when the pressure reaching the upper limit. Then the filter press maintaining pressure by automatically.

(2)Feed slurry. After Pressure maintaining condition, after checking all valves for normal operation, start the feed pump, open the feed valve slowly. The slurry is led into filter chambers through feed inlet holes on thrust blocks. The filtration completes under the pressure fed and forms filter cakes.

                                                                                                                                            
 (3) Washing cakes. After filtration, if the clients plan to wipe off or reduce some needless composition in the filter cake. He should to open the water drain valve to washing cake; and then to open the deflate valve to enter the compress-air to blow cake, so that to reduce the water content)

(4)Membrane squeezing the filter cake. Enter the water or air into the S.S.manifold, then water or air fill in the membrane plate, when the squeezing pressure reach 8bar(by air), keep on 15-45minutes(according to the customer need), open the .S.S manifold valves to empty the air in the membrane;
Kindly I. note that if customer need squeezing pressure reach above 12bar, they must choose water to squeezing, air is danger and unacceptable;
II. Before open the filter plates, user must empty the air or water from the membrane plate through S.S.manifold;

(5)Open filter plates. put down the"stop" button first, then to put down the "loose" button to start motor, piston returns backward, When the press board to connect the travel switch, it will be stop by automaticlly;  Returning finished.

(6)Pulling off filter plates and discharge cakes.
 To pull the plate one by one by manually; after finished, to push the plate back into the pressing board;

  (7)Clean and reset filter plate and cloths. If the interception ability fail to work, the filter cloths should be cleaned or renew if necessary. Reset filter cloths and start next operation cycle.
